Ingredients
6 cups tortilla chips
1 7-oz. container roasted red pepper hummus
1/2 cup purchased dried tomato pesto
2 6-oz. jars quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
4 oz. feta cheese with basil and tomato, crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
Crushed red pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 475 degress F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick foil. Arrange chips on foil.
2. Dollop hummus over chips. Top with spoonfuls of pesto and artichokes. Sprinkle with cheese, shallot, and red pepper. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is softened.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
