Mixing Bowl Emails

I'm still receiving my emails from Mixing Bowl, but when I try to open the recipes I get a page that comes up as an ERROR, yet the header comes up as Better Recipes.. I have tried many different emails & different recipes. Is anyone else having the same problem? I had to get my password from Better recipes & link my pages but that did not help, I still have my saved recipes from Mixing bowl. Any help would be great.

BHG loved the community aspect of Mixing Bowl and they were proud of it, but unfortunately they were forced to make a change. It seems that it made sense to merge these sites, but maybe Mixing Bowl should have been moved and made the primary site. Who knows at this point!?!

I have submitted the issue of the emails to the staff and hopefully it will be addressed soon. They didn't have as much time as they really needed to try to work out all of the kinks before the go live date. You can probably go ahead and delete the old emails because they will not take you to the old site. You will get to a page telling you that you have reached the page in error because the old MB has been deactivated. The site that used to host it is no longer hosting it.

One of the things that seems to have improved a little is the speed. But on the flip side, I did receive an email today with a message from someone and after I clicked on the link, I have no idea where the message is!! I can't get to it and thought it might actually be in one of the journal posts, but couldn't find it there either. Well, all we can do now is to keep a positive attitude and hope that it won't take too much longer to work out the rest of the kinks. Take it easy guys!! Cindy

I liked it a lot better when i got daily e-mails with recipes from all the friends here......where are they?

I am hanging on to those old MB emails. If I try to access my account outside of the old MB, I end up somewhere I don't want to be with a different name. Lots of problems with the "new and improved" MB.

The only search function here is for recipes.. Too bad, because MB was as much a social networking site as a recipe site. I don't think anyone that anything to do with putting this thing togethere realized this.
