As it works out take it as it comes

Started working or my Christmas baking last night and it was OK but not great need to change the baking temperature by about 5 or maybe 10 degrees the Christmas loves are getting just a little to dark. Well this was only a test batch and I will be doing the ones to give away later.

    I started planning about a week ago too.  Since all of my recipes have to be gluten-free and peanut free, it takes some time to come up with something different than last year.

    Guess I'm lucky that I knew how to bake before having to go gluten-free.
