  • What is the oddest ingredient you have ever put in a casserole...?

    like  my taco soup..To it a little kick  to it.I like to have little kick to my food..i hate when my food is flat..i hate flat food..even the cat will not eat too.lol..from teddie

  • Noodles in the slow cooker ????

    Like my taco soup..You can put  noodle in..When i make that taco soup i combine everthing in the pot..Then add some water for the noodles they will dry out or stick to the crockpot.And stir a few times they will not lumpy.In a few hours turn it down on medium.keep your eye on it and stir it.from teddie...p.s.i hope this helps..angel

  • Cooking Bacon

    winkI did cook half of the bacon on the electric grill...believe me I will never cook it in a pan again. My Evolve did a wonderful job. I set it for 350 degrees and I always like to cut my bacon in half so we get small pieces and I cooked it that way....all the grease drips off. I did turn it once but I don't think I would of had to if I didn't want to.

    Now I will freeze this cooked bacon in a freezer bag and save it for recipes that call for bacon...I was really dreading cooking the bacon but with the George foreman it was really simple...no splattering on me at all.  Now for dinner I will heat up the grill again and cook the rest of it.....Sherry8
