There is more to cooking then just fallowing the recipe. There is the science how it all works, how it will come out in the end and how do you like it. If you don’t like what you prepare odds are other people won’t either. So fallow your own taste. Even if no one eats it you will. Grow some food in the garden or a planter box. See what ripe is and over ripe is. Did you know that lettuce is really a milk weed plant? What is a fresh fish, what is fresh and what is old? If you only go to the supermarket to get your food it is very hard to tell.

    Started working or my Christmas baking last night and it was OK but not great need to change the baking temperature by about 5 or maybe 10 degrees the Christmas loves are getting just a little to dark
