HI, Enro is my first name and may seem a little strange, but was given to me as a namesake of great-aunt Enro that passed away before my birth. My love of cooking was acquired from watching family members, especially my maternal grandmother, prepare every dish with joy, love and expertise. I am an avid collector of recipes and cookbooks and truly feel you can never have too many of either. Happy cooking from my kitchen to yours!
