I love, love, love desserts!! I am also married, have one daughter and a son-n-law, and work full-time. Oh, I am also pursuing a Finance degree in my humongous amounts of free time!! I learned how to make desserts and candies watching my mother prepare for the holidays, birthdays and other occasions. One of the simplest things she made which was always so good had nothing other than oranges, coconut, pecans and maraschino cherries in it. Very healthy when being so health conscious wasn't all the rage!!

Cranberry White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
These are absolutely divine if you are a white chocolate and macadamia nut fan. I will likely be adding these to our Christmas cookie list.

This dough freezes really well. Scoop unused dough into balls, and freeze. Thaw dough balls and flatten slightly before baking. They always turn out!

Just as spicy and delicious as jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, but much faster and easier to prepare at home.
