Spinach (Jello) Salad

This is a simple spinach Jello salad that is just wonderful. The lady I got the recipe from brings it to our community suppers, and my wife and I always look forward to it. This lady's mother was my Grade School cook back 50+ years ago. Her name was Elsie and she cooked for us kids like we were her own. Wonderful dishes that anyone that went to our grade school still talks about to this day. And to think those meals only cost $0.15 back then, plus you could have seconds and thirds if you wanted.
