Gibraltar, AL
I live in Gibraltar which is in the furthest most part of ~Europe~. In my profile it says Alabama because it doesn't let me write anything else. Gibraltar is a British ~Rock~ it a peninsular joined to Spain with a frontier and across Africa, nearest point to Gibraltar from Africa is Morocco. Here in our Rock, we have a wonderful mixture of cultures. At home we cook from an English Roast,to a spanish paella, chinese noodles,to an indian korma, italian pesto or a maltese cheese pie to a Portuguese flaked cod with eggs.I love to cook and exchange recipes. I have two children a daughter of 34years with 2 Boys Ethan and Evan and a son of 30years going on to 3l with no children, they are both married and left home but still enjoy to come back very often, and I thanks God for that cause my house is so empty when they are not around.

This dish can be served hot or cold. In summer at home we serve a nice green salad and the cold stuffed sardines. ~With a nice glass of red wine, lemonade, slice of lemon and ice cubes.
