Lacto-Vegetarian: Includes milk and milk products in the diet

 

Ovo-Vegetarian: Includes eggs

 

Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian: Includes milk, milk products, and eggs in meals

 

Pollo-Vegetarian: Includes poultry in addition to the above

 

Pesca-Vegetarian: Includes fish and other seafood but no poultry or meat products

 

Occasional Vegetarian: Eats a “plant-centered” diet and small amounts of animal-derived products.
