High-Altitude Changes

If you happen to live in a high-altitude region (3,000 feet above sea level and up), you may find that cakes will tend to fall and give unpredictable results.  But here's a general guide you may follow to make adjustments in the liquid, baking powder, and sugar proportions.

Liquid:

Baking powder: decrease for each tsp
