It’s the Time of the Season for Soup

Now that the weather has finally caught up with the season, Chicagoans are in a rush to shift from the joys of summer to the comforts of fall.

With the changing of the seasons comes a changing of food and with Autumn comes the harvest. It’s a time to husk corn, skin squash, and eat crisp, red apples right off the tree.
