Okay, maybe we won’t be serving all 12 of these absolutely delicious Easter main courses. However, we’ll definitely be preparing one or two. That ham is definitely on the list, and so are the oven fried drumsticks. Every Easter meal needs lamb, so the braised lamb shanks are probably also on the list as well. Welp. We might actually wind up making all of them. Too much deliciousness? We don’t think so!
