You know, regular-sized tarts are all fine and dandy, but we tend to relate more deeply with tartlets. They’re mini, but the flavor on these little things are just as much as a regular tart, but it’s better because they’re small.

Tarts are one of our favorite things to make. They’re the better versions of quiches, and the easier version of a pie. And though we love regular-sized tarts, sometimes a miniature version of the recipe is better. You may be wondering why we think they’re better, and the reason we think they’re better is because we could make a ton of them and store them for later.

With a regular-sized tart, the filling will start to dry out once we cut into it, but that’s not the case with a miniature one since they’re all individual servings. And once you taste the creaminess of the goat cheese and the freshness of the tomatoes in this bite of food, then you’re not going to be able to stop eating these tarts. It’s a perfect little serving of flavor that you won’t be able to get enough of.
