The best thing about this collection, is that you probably have most of these ingredients already in your kitchen. Ingredients, such as: eggs, avocados, lentil, cheese, sour cream, beans, and a few other ingredients that can smartly be mixed into other foods to make them just that much healthier.

In the recipe pictured above (Polenta Refried Beans and Egg Bake) uses eggs and beans to really enhance the flavor and make the dish so much more filling without adding hundreds of calories to the mix.
