WARNING: This recipe is not meant for anyone who doesn’t like their food to be spicy.

So, now that we’re past that disclaimer, let us introduce you to one of our favorite Mexican classics.

A tamale is one of the best Mexican dishes. Although it is hard to perfect, once you get the hang of it, you’re going to want to make these delicious tamales every single day of the week. These tamales are made the classic way — with some masa and things of that sort — but they are filled to the brim with a heat that we just can’t get enough of. It coats the palate but doesn’t overpower the flavor of the meat nor does it get rid of that delectable corn flavor.

All in all, this is one of those recipes that we will NEVER get tired of, and we think that you’ll feel the exact same way.
