What better way to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day then by eating some delicious Irish food. If we had to recommend one Irish food to get your hands on tonight, it would have to be Bangers & Mash! Its simple and packed with incredible flavor, you just have to check it out.

Sausage, potatoes, and gravy, or better know as, the perfect combination of food. The sausage has a little bit of a kick (as sausage normally does), the potatoes are perfectly mashed and flavored, and — to finish it off — the gravy adds even more flavor to both the mash and the bangers (sausage). It’s so simple, yet nobody would expect it to have this much flavor to it, and it’s one of those dishes that you could futz around with it in any way you want. Maybe use a different kind of potatoes or a cauliflower mash, or maybe a different kind of sausage, or even use a sausage gravy! Who knows! The only thing we do know is that it’s going to be delicious.
