Cinco de Mayo is almost here, and there’s nothing more classic than fajitas with meat and veggies to serve this coming Tuesday. Paired with some classic corn or flour tortillas, a heaping helping of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and some light shredded cheese, you just can’t go wrong with this sizzlin’ sensation. These saucy Tex-Mex fajita steak and veggies are are best prepared right before they’re ready to be served, as they’ll sizzle on the skillet and make a wonderful presentation.
