Pizza is one of America’s favorite foods, and we admit we don’t mind enjoying the dish at least once a week. However, it can become a little heavy, and all the meaty toppings really make us feel bloated and heavy. One of our favorite types of pizza is one with a cracker thin crust. We just love the crispiness. Anyway, with Lent being in full swing, we thought we’d share one of our favorite pizza recipes that omitted the meat!
