This cheesecake pie is wonderful for parties, and can actually be frozen and thawed about an hour or two before serving. You can even dollop with some whipped cream just prior to serving if you’re feeling a little indulgent. This makes a great way to use the fresh berries you have on hand! You can even add some cocoa powder into the recipe and use strawberries in place of the blueberries for a truly decadent treat.
