You know when you start snacking and then it tastes so good you keep telling yourself, “just one more bite.”  Then, of course, suddenly the bowl is half empty.

Yep, that’s exactly how I felt when I first made a batch of this savory and spectacular Bombay Mix!

This recipe is a new take on snack mix that is sure to knock your socks off.

Start by toasting Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and cashews in a dry pan.  One they are golden brown and fragrant, they can be transferred to a large bowl.  In the same pan, toast some curry powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and cayenne pepper in a bit of oil.  This curry mixture is poured over the cereal mixture and then tossed with wasabi peas, sesame sticks and golden raisins.  Season with Kosher salt and dig in!
