These unbelievably creative and mouth-watering treats just won $1,000,000!

Yes, you read that right!  Just a few hours ago, live on The Chew, the Pillsbury Bake-Off grand prize winner was announced.  The million dollar recipe is called “Peanutty Pie Crust Clusters” by talented home cook Beth Royals.

The Chew tapes in New York City and I was lucky enough to reserve tickets to be in the audience today.  I was there with several other foodie friends and we were on pins and needles throughout the hour waiting for the big announcement.  We were there specifically to cheer on Beth, hoping she would take home the big prize!

When host Carla Hall read her name, the whole studio erupted in applause, confetti was flying and tears were flowing.  I can’t tell you how exciting it is to watch someone’s life change right before your eyes!

Her winning recipe uses ready made pie crust in a whole new way.  She cuts the raw crust into tiny, bite-sized squares and then bakes them in the oven.  These pieces are then combined with melted white chocolate, peanut butter, peanuts and toffee bits.  Each treat is the perfect blend of sweet and salty.

You know you want to taste her million dollar recipe!
