It’s not too early to start your Thanksgiving meal planning, or even to start preparing the meal!  I love making a homemade cranberry sauce in advance of the big day.  There’s no need to pop open a can when it is so easy to make this “Balsamic Cranberry Sauce” now and have it ready to serve on Thanksgiving.

This version has a little twist from your traditional cranberry sauce – a 1/4 cup of mustard!  The recipe calls for Maille Honey Dijon Mustard with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a new product from Maille with the balanced blend of sweet and savory that lends itself perfectly to a Thanksgiving cranberry sauce.

If you pick up a jar this Thanksgiving, I suggest not only adding it to your cranberry sauce, but saving some to spread on your leftover turkey sandwiches!
