If you are already looking forward to the weekend, why not start planning ahead and get the ingredients to make this tropical cocktail!  It is fresh and handcrafted, yet easy to whip up for one or for a party.

Start by scooping out the pulp from two or three passion fruits.  The inside is full of sweet-tart flavor, but it is also filled with seeds!

Combine this fresh passion fruit juice with brewed hibiscus tea, pineapple juice and vodka.  Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and enjoy!
