Honey-Walnut Boozy Bundt Cake
By now it’s no secret – I love a good boozy bundt cake. This recipe was inspired by a nice amount of honey liqueur leftover from in a bottle, and I wanted to find a creative way to use it up. Honey and walnuts seemed like a good pairing, so I gave it a try! Enjoy a slice with a scoop of Greek vanilla frozen yogurt and dessert is served.

All you really have to do is jazz up a yellow cake mix with vanilla pudding and a good swig of honey liqueur. The real magic happens when the cake comes out of the oven and you pour a spiked honey liqueur syrup over the warm cake. It absorbs into every bite and keeps the bundt nice and moist for several days. Take this to a party and it is certain to be a big hit!
