Zucchini Bread Bundt

Zucchini season is officially in full swing.  They are popping up in grocery stores, farmer’s markets and maybe even in your backyard garden.

When it comes to making zucchini bread, feel free to think outside the loaf pan or muffin tin.  If you ask me everything is better in a bundt!

You also don’t have to always use green zucchini when it comes to zucchini bread.  A few months back I was in San Francisco and stopped by the Marin County Farmer’s Market while I was in town.   One vendor was selling slices of homemade tri-color zucchini bread.  She incorporated dark and light green zucchini as well as yellow squash into her recipe.

When I made this version of zucchini bread I decided to give it a try with both yellow and green.  I baked it all up in a bundt pan, well, because everything is better in a bundt.  This is a fact.

I loved the results and will certainly be making this recipe many more times throughout the summer!
