This recipe is a fresh take on a classic Greek salad.  Cucumbers, radishes, and red onion are tossed with a creamy but light dressing made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs and feta cheese.

I think this recipe just feels like summertime.  Every bite has a satisfying crunch that feels so refreshing on a warm day.  I would suggest pairing this with grilled lamb chops or your favorite grilled white fish.  Round out the meal with watermelon for dessert and you will have a light and healthy meal!
