I am excited to share my first recipe post from my new home in New York City!  Needless to say, my kitchen is in shambles right now.  Pots and pans are everywhere and the cabinets are far from organized.

That’s why this easy, 4-ingredient treat was the perfect recipe to make and share this weekend.  In fact, I just might have to make an extra batch and give them to my new doormen as a “thank you” gift for helping me lift all the moving boxes into my new place!

Be careful, because these no-bake cookies are absolutely addictive!  But that’s ok, because each one is only 75 calories, 7 g carbs, and 4 g fat.

All you have to do is combine some crushed corn flakes cereal with peanut butter, unsweetened coconut, and honey.  Once the mixture comes together, form into balls and roll in some additional corn flakes.  You can eat them right away or keep them in the fridge to enjoy later!

Excited to try these “Peanut Butter-Coconut Balls?”
