Remember the Bill Cosby “Pudding Pops” commercials from the 80’s?  They were an iconic staple during Saturday morning cartoons back in the day.

I wanted to recreate this iconic childhood treat, as well as lighten it up a bit.  You only need two ingredients:  sugar-free fat-free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix and skim milk!

Keep reading for the recipe…

Start by preparing the pudding according to package directions.  Then carefully spoon into an ice cube tray.

I like to cut paper straws in half and use them as the stick for my pudding pops.

Cover the tray with foil and insert the straws into each well of the tray.  (The foil helps keep it sanding up in place while in the freezer.)

Once they are frozen, you can pop them out of the tray and enjoy!
