Do you love sipping an “Arnold Palmer,” that wonderful drink of half lemonade, half iced tea?  It’s so refreshing for a fun summer beverage, but how about a little bit of bubbly to jazz it up a bit?  The key is to steep the tea bags in sparkling lemonade soda instead of water!

Steeping the tea bags in sparkling lemonade soda instead of water adds a fun touch with extra flavor.

I am a huge fan of the “Palais des Thes” brand of teas, they are so incredibly flavorful and elegant.  Of course, their “Thé Glacé” (a.k.a. Iced Tea) is perfect for summer.  I tried this recipe by steeping both the lemon citrus and mint varieties.  Both were outstanding!

Lemon or mint flavors are my favorites.  Serve the drink in Mason jars with a paper straw for a special touch.  They will be the hit of your next summer party!
