Best Lamb Ever – Marinated Lamb and Vegetable Kabobs

The winning recipe in our “Best Lamb Ever” contest is a fresh and healthy dish that is great to have on hand as we head into the spring and summer grilling season!

Congratulations to  “Clsc925” for wowing the judges with her “Marinated Lamb and Vegetable Kabobs!”

These kabobs start with an easy and flavorful rosemary marinade.  (Rosemary and lamb are always a delicious pair!)  The lamb cubes can marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.  Then they are skewered with chunks of red onion, cherry tomatoes and slices of green bell pepper.   After a few minutes on the grill they are done!

Our winner suggests serving these lamb kabobs along with grilled peaches brushed with honey and balsamic vinegar and dried basil.  A beautiful ending to an outstanding meal!
