You have a nice selection of pancake recipes. One flapjack of Americana was left out — the sourdough pancake. My next blog post will have my old recipe for them. I grew up with cooking these and have been making sourdough pancakes for more than 30 years. They are so delicious and are a part of the Great American West. May I enter these in your contest? I wish I could make them for you!
