Whether it’s the big game, or just a gathering of friends, this easy three-ingredient recipe is always my go-to party food. You can just “fix it and forget it” in your slow cooker, and it is always a crowd pleaser. Time for BBQ Crockpot Meatballs!
Keep reading for the recipe…
I first made this recipe in college and have prepared it countless times ever since. It’s easy to remember: all you need is a bag of frozen meatballs, a bottle of BBQ sauce, and a jar of Apricot preserves.
Crock-Pot recipes are great for the Super Bowl because you can just set it to “keep warm” throughout the game. If you have any leftovers (doubtful!) these meatballs make great sandwiches the next day. Just pile the meatballs on a hoagie roll and you have a BBQ Meatball Sandwich!
Crockpot BBQ Meatballs
1 bag (48 ounces) frozen meatballs
1 bottle (28 ounces) BBQ sauce
1 jar (18 ounces) apricot preserves
Combine meatballs, BBQ sauce, and apricot preserves in a crockpot. Heat on High until warmed through, then set to Keep Warm throughout your party or event.

this looks,so good & easy
Better with Heina 57 sauce instead of BBQ, and I add an envelope of French onions.
Also very good with grape jelly instead of the apricot.
great idea! Simple and tasty little meatballs! More time to relax and enjoy the game with family and friends.
Have used this many times , always a hit.
I used turkey meatballs. Delicious and easy.
