My grand-daughter has dairy allergies and this would be wonderful for her…ice cream made out of fruit…she could eat this and ice cream was one of her favorite treats. Me…I’m like Mikey…I’ll eat just about anything
One of my families favorite treats involves bananas, of course! About once a week I melt some chocolate chips, cut bananas in approximately 1/2″ chunks. I dip the bananas and put them on wax paper and pop them into the freezer. They are a great sweet treat in a portion controlled size.
Love,love Greek Yogurt with 1 tsp Nutella chocolate mixed with it.

I make ricotta treats! Skim ricotta with vanilla and a little sugar substiute is a great treat but I have made lemon, expresso and last night I did peanut butter.

I love anything that has to deal with fruit. I love to wash a lot of different kinds and bag up and that way when I want something sweet all I have to do is grab for the bag.

I make a drink out of 1 Dole banana, 1 package Swiss Miss Diet-25 calories Hot Chocolate, Ice, and water for a very low calorie drink. Weight Watchers 1 point.
I use the Magic Bullit to make this. Place chopped ice into the cup about 2/3 the way up the cup. add water to the top of ice. Add Hot Chocolate and banana. Place lid on and grind. This is a wonderful tasting drink.

What a wonderful way to blend fruits and be able to eat them as “ice cream”. Kids would be eating a healthy treat as well as adults and such a great idea for anyone with diabetes. Just think of all the combinations you could enjoy.

Once I first heard about the banana in place of ice cream I was all over it. I love ice cream so much that I have to be cautious even bringing any in the house because I am the person who stands at the freezer with the ice cream carton in one hand and a large spoon in the other. Now I try to freeze bananas and eat that but it’s kind of hard because I don’t have a blender and so it freezes in a big chunk or little chips of banana slices, so it’s hard to mix things in like cocoa or fruit without it becoming a goopy mess if i try to soften it a little. Please Help Me!
I LOVE the name! Yo-nanans! My favorite healthy treat is frozen fruit mixed into a fruit smoothie with a little whip cream and chopped hazelnuts or walnuts on top. Then if I’m feeling naughty, I’ll add a few drizzles of chocolate syrup or a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips. Pop a giant straw in this dream cup and I’m in heaven!!

I teach healthy snack making and fun fitness activities to a group of children 5 to 12 years of age on a monthly basis. One of our favorite treats has been whole grain tortillas toasted with fresh pesto and low fat mozzarella cheese.
At my house we just bought a juicer and love to make juice then put it in blender with just ice and a frozen banana. Bingo Bango veggies and fruits and kids love it.

My favorite healthy treat is a grilled banana wrap: 1 mashed banana in a whole-wheat wrap with Better’n Peanut Butter (a low-cal/fat peanut butter substitute). I grill it up on a cast-iron pan and it gets all melty and delicious! Just had one for breakfast.

I love snacking on carrots with Fat Free Ranch Dressing and drinking a bottle of water!
My favorite healthy treat is banana milk. In a blender you put in 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 medium ripe banana, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract, and 1 packet of Splenda or Equal. Then you just blend until completely smooth. You can also use the above mixture with frozen bananas and it taste like a milk shake. favorite healthy treat: fruit and chocolate.
melt 100% baking chocolate with almond milk and stevia sweetener, mix in mashed raspberries. once it’s cooled off (or still hot if I can’t wait), it tastes like heaven!
I like a banana with almond butter in the microwave until the bananas is hot.
My favorite healthy treat is frozen strawberries covered in chocolate. I’m a total fruit addict!!
My favorite snack is homemade fruit smoothies, I get my son involved in making them, it’s great.
I love ice cream like treats but since I am lactose intolerant and gluten free I can’t have a lot of these so this would be amazing! I make my own smoothies from fresh fruit, almond milk & greek yogurt, or have fresh fruit or popcorn for snacks. I try to eat healthy and my elderly father is diabetic so this would be perfect for making him a nice treat as well!
Green smoothies with spinach and ginger… mmmmh!!!
My favorite healthy snack is fat free greek yogurt….how yummy it would be to combine the Greek yogurt and bananas and make a bananan frozen yogurt!!!!

i am on weight watchers, so i try and use fruit for treats. if i need something other than fruit by itself, i will usually add a bit of chocolate sauce to strawberries or mangoes, to have a touch of chocolate to curb my cravings. i like the idea of having something like this, so that i can make ice cream out of it. thanks for offering it!

My favorite healthy snack is frozen yogurt and smoothies. I try to make them as healthy as possible, i love fruit and is a fun way to get the kids to have more fruits on their diets.

This would be a Weight Watchers dream! Fresh fruit…..you freeze it and then use the Yonanas for ‘ice cream’!!! It would be zero PointsPlus!!!! That would be a treat since ice cream is so high in points…..and I love ice cream!

One of my favorite “go to” snacks is a banana spred with peanut butter. Filling, healthy!
I like to make a slice of P28 bread toasted, with Maranatha natty peanut butter, cinnamon topped with a small banana in slices.

I have four children under the age of 8. One of our favorite healthy treats is right off a Dr. Oz show. A box of devils food cake mix with Greek yogurt and water instead of ggs and oil. We top cupcakes with fresh strawberries and blueberries with a dab of whip cream. Yummy!
I would like to make sorbet and such, but don’t have the right tools to do so. This looks like it would do the trick.

Would love to add this to my kitchen ….my oldest daughter is crazy over pb and banana smoothies so this would be a nice treat….although she is 21 and might need to take it with her when she moves out ..,hmmmm not unless it makes her stay at home
Every morning I start my day taking my favorite fruits and blending them with frozen yogurt to make a breakfast smoothie..I am not a big breakfast person so it has given me a way to be healthier and is awesome!!
