As it turns out, this orange juice concentrate was an outstanding base for a blended drink.  I usually mix in a little bit of triple sec or other orange liqueur into my margaritas.  This time, the orange flavor was front and center!

Of course, what goes better with a margarita than a bowl of chips and dip?  This recipe for “spiked” guacamole is a fun and festive choice:  Tequila Spiked Guacamole

Easy Orange Margaritas

1 can (12 ounces) Orange juice concentrate

1 lime, zested and juiced

3/4 cup silver tequila

2 cups ice

salt for rim of glass

Blend and serve in margarita glasses with salted rims.
