Pork tenderloin is one of my go-to choices for an easy and nutritious family meal. This lean protein is effortless to prepare, and looks beautiful and decadent on display at the dinner table.
I love this recipe because it is only three ingredients and simply roasts in the oven without any fuss. Let me show you how to make Sesame-Crusted Pork Tenderloin!
Keep reading for this unbelievably easy preparation for pork tenderloin!
All you have to do is take a 1 to 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin and brush all sides with about 1/4 cup of Hoisin sauce. If you have never tried Hoisin sauce before, you will love it! Think of it as an Asian-style bbq sauce…I think you will be instantly hooked!
Then simply roll the pork in about 1/3 cup of sesame seeds. Create a nice coating all around the tenderloin. Roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes and that’s it! While the pork is roasting, I like to make a quick vegetable stir-fry to serve along side. This is a great way to use up leftover veggies in the crisper!
Remember, the USDA recently changed their guidelines for cooking pork! Now they recommend cooking pork to an internal temperature of 145 degrees with at least a 3 minute rest period. Want to learn more? Check out this video explanation.

Does look delicious except this is a “Pork Loin” and it’s differnet from a “Pork Tenderloin”
Debbie – Sorry, but a “pork loin” weighs much more than 1 to 1/2 pounds
