It’s cocktail time!  In honor of our CopyCat Restaurant Recipe theme this week, I wanted to share with you an exciting restaurant cocktail.

Keep reading to learn how to make this “Blue Moon” cocktail!

At the Qsine Restaurant onboard Celebrity Cruises has a unique way of ordering cocktails – on an iPad!

I selected the Blue Moon Martini and touched “see how it’s made” for more information.

Then you get to “virtually concoct” your cocktail!  I started by putting the ice in the shaker.

Then I added the gin and other ingredients.

Finally, you have to shake to mix.  That’s right, you actually pick up the iPad and shake it!

When you are done, the Blue Moon appears!

There is even an option to email yourself the recipe.

Minutes later, this exciting spread arrived.  Now instead of virtually mixing my drink, I had the chance to make it for real!

What’s more fun than an interactive cocktail?   I was certainly a happy customer.  Cheers!
