Be sure to pack a snack that you can come back to throughout the day at the beach.  These “Sugar and Spice Nuts” are easy to prepare in advance and perfect for a picnic.  Portion in snack size baggies for a grab and go treat.

We’re not talking just any old fruit salad!  This recipe for “Bella Melone” is a snap to prepare and comes with a wow factor.  A drizzle of balsamic vinegar and dash of black pepper add an element of sophistication to your beach meal.
