Let me show you how to make an ice cold blended margarita with the help of a pint of lime sherbet. This recipe couldn’t be easier! Simply blend the sherbet with fresh lime juice, a bit of powdered sugar, your favorite tequila, and a splash of triple sec. (By the way, if you need help picking the exact right tequila, watch this video and learn from an expert!)

I love the idea of using lime sherbet. Perfect for these scorching temps!
So refreshing! Love the color too!
What is Lime Sherbet? Is it a sorbet?
Lucy – Sherbet is a little different than sorbet. A bit creamier I would say. If you go to the ice cream section it is usually there along with orange sherbet or maybe even rainbow flavors! Very cool and refreshing on these hot summer days
Happy birthday to you sister! These margs looks delish. I love the flavor of lime. I feel like it’s sort of underrated.
My friend and I recently made something similar with champagne and slurpees. So essential for cooling down
What a heavenly drink…I have an elderly friend that we all call “Margarita Happy Girl!”….and it passed her inspection with flying colors! I added a little lime zest and it is now a favorite! I even left out the alcohol for those that prefer and they thought it was fabulous!
Loved the idea of using Sherbet. Will leave out the alcohol during these extremely hot summer days.
Love using the sherbert . I changed it to orange sherbet and it was like a creamsicle Delish!
Margaritas made with lime sherebert is my idea of heaven. This recipe sounds refreshing and would make me very happy!!!
Try another lime drink. A can of frozen lime juice and Malabar coconut rum and ice. Blend in blender to frothy–delicious!
We have been using lime sherbert in our Margaritas for years. LOVE them. My Dad always made them this way.

I put Samurai Jack to the test and made smoothies yesterday afternoon. ”That’s all you got?” Samurai Jack seemed to be saying as he quickly assaulted the frozen strawberries and bananas. I can’t wait to try mixing some “adult drinks” in this machine. I saw a recipe on Pinterest some time ago to use lime sherbet, Tequila, and ice for a quick and easy Lime Margarita. [...]
