It’s been over five years I havent seen my youngest son, and four years since I haven’t seen my eldest, and grilling keeps me here in the moment for it sure is lonely without family or friends.

i AM 72 YEARS OLD WITH 23 HUNGRY GRANDCHILDREN. GRILLING IS THE ANSWER EVEN IN WINTER HERE IN THE DEEP SOUTH:pROBLEM:MSG IN SO MANY PRODUCTS SUCH AS PRESEASONED SAUSAGES AND MEATS, POULTRY AND seafood. Here on the coast we have a lot of variety in our diets. Nothing is more pleasant and more healthy than pulling out a grill and placing it on the banks of a bayou with it’s moss draped oak trees standing guard over the meandering bayou . I chose to season the foods with my homemade seasonings because several members of my family are allergic to msg. This seasoning is found in many sausages and preseasoned meats. But msg-free recipes be may be found on the internet.I found a jerk and a soy sauce recipes as well as numerous other ones. So, lean back in your chair and turn on the grill for the most favorable meals without a messy kitchen!!!!Enjoy that natural taste and time to enjoy life!!
My fiance absolutely loves to cook on the grill. He prefers to cook even in the wintertime on the grill. We both feel that char-grilled meats and vegetables taste way better than what foods cooked on the stove could ever taste like. If given the chance, I think that my fiance would stand out in the snow just to be able to grill the Christmas ham on the grill just to taste that hickory smoked flavor. grilled vegetables are out of this world when he fixes them too! You should try them sometime, especially after he has seasoned them to taste too!!
I am looking forward to grilling vegetables and salmon. Is it just me or does everything taste better grilled?!
