I took a healthy eating class at my community college. One of the best things to do to try to lose weight besides exercise is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, eat whole grain breads and cereals try to eat fish and anything that walks on two feet instead of four and have 1% or skim milk. I’m trying to help my father in law lose weight this year as well. He weighs a little under 400 lbs. I also need to lose a little bit of fat this year so I will be working on this stuff as well. Good luck.
