We have never had a Cracker Barrell cheese we didn’t love.But our all time favorite is extra sharp white cheddar.Cheddar with cracked pepper, and cheddar with Tuscan seasoning sound yummy!
We love the Monterey Jack. We put it on everything from sandwiches,soup to tortilla chips. My husband will also eat it by itself!!!
We are a family of cheese lovers, from great-grandma down thru great-grandaughter.A world without cheese would be a horrible thing.

I would most definelty serve the Vermont White Cheddar because it’s mild cheddar flavor and creamy texture makes the most incredible mac and cheese!

Absolutely without a doubt Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp (white or yellow). I love making grilled cheese sandwiches on toasted sourdough bread with my home-made mayonnaise recipe (mayo, Dijon mustard, some sage and some shallots), Yummy!

i love start thankgiving and christmas meals by serving montery jack cheese and crackers and fruit before the meal.
I perfer several varieties. Vermont White, Extra Sharp, and Monterey Jack. I pair these with whole grain and butter crackers. of course a variety of grapes and wine. Last time I used Champagne grapes. they look beautiful and tasted delicate and sweet a perfect compliment to the cheese.

I love just about all of them and try to serve different varitys to my guests.
extra sharp 2%. I like to shred it and pile in on a sheet of parchment paper – about 1/8 c each mound. Cook in the oven at 375 for about 4 min. Let them cook completely on parchment, then serve with chili or sliced apple!

we like mixing medium with baby swiss to make mac and cheese casseroles. also like using buttery crackers and placing slices of any of the cheeses on the cracker and toasting in the oven. yum!

White Cheddar with Red & Green Jalapeno Peppers: sliced them thin and arrange in circle on big platter, fill the inside with smoked salmon and flat bread or water crackers. Very festive and delicious.
we use Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar and pepperoni every Sunday. My 84yr old Dad come over and he loves “something to nibble on”, cheese is such a healthy and great thing.

I am tied between Vermont White and Extra Sharp White Cheddar. Both types of cheese are significant to my upbringing in New England and excellent choices for cooking or eating with crackers and fruit. Macaroni and Cheese with either choice is the only way to go.

Extra Sharp cheddar is the cheese I grew up with. I always knew that when mom put the “red” cheese in the cart, we were going to have her homemade mac-n-cheese that week. Love it.
I would use sharp chedder and medium chedder for crackers and colby jack for nachos.

It’s fun to slice the cheese and add it to a plate of grapes, apple slices and party crackers. My grandkids think that they’re so grown-up and I know they are having a healthy snack.

We have 3 favorite flavors. First is Jalapeno White Cheddar with club crackers. Then Extra Sharp Cheddar with thick cut pepperoni slices. Last we have have Vermont Cheddar with your favorite drink whether it’s wine or milk. We serve this on our best china like we’re rich, laughing and having fun.
I love extra sharp yellow. I slice it up and put it in pastry dough with a slice of salami and bake. Serve warm. Yummy! Or the baby Swiss with figs.

We have been living abroad for seven years, where good cheeses were hard to come by. So, once we moved back to the States, one of the “luxuries” for us was to savor Cracker Barrel Cheeses. Our all time favorites are Aged Reserve (White), Vermont White, Monterey Jack, and White Cheddar with Red & Green Jalapeno Peppers. We always have one or more of the varieties on stand by to serve our guest(s). Our motto is ‘to give the best for our guests’, what better way than serving them some good Cracker Barrel cheese with crackers?

We all love cheese, even my 16-month old son, but for Thanksgiving will we choose the White Cheddar with Cracked Black Pepper since it will pair wonderfully with water crackers and my homemade pear chutney. The black peppercorns will add a nice, spicy bite to the sweet and rich chutney.

Cracker Barrel Cheese Melted White Chedder with Red and Green jalepeno peppers is the BOMB! I also like to take and add some Cracker Barrel marbled chedder for a very distinctive flavor dip in some smokies or Chips for more than a snack.
I really like Aged Reserve (White), it goes well with wine and is a nice change from the basic milder yellow or other white cheeses. It’s great grated on Minnestrone soup too!
Extra sharp cheddar with sliced apples and pears and finger toast make a great start to the holiday meals and get togethers. Paired with a fine glass of wine and good friends, and who needs dinner!

We’ve tried all of cracker barrels chesses and love them all. But we always have yellow sharp cheddar in our frig to snack on it’s our familes favorite. Keep on doing a great job Cracker Barrel!
I have tried several of cracker barrel cheeses and I have guest over often and I love to open up and pack of Ritz crackers and serve with the extra shape yellow and a slice of summer sausage or just the cracker and cheese with a glass of white wine and just let the cares of the world fade away while consuming the rich smooth cheese followed behind a glass of bubbly.

I have to use the Extra sharp yellow for mac and cheese. Thats a must. I sel pampered Chef and when I demo cheese for recipes I ALWAYS suggest they use Cracker Barreel….ITS THE BEST !!!!

What is there not to love about Cracker Barrel cheese?! My family’s personal favorite it extra sharp cheddar. We add it to a variety of meals and appetizers and even eat it by itself. My husband and I share a plate of crackers and cheese almost every other night! We take a Ritz cracker slice up the extra sharp and top it with jalepeno and a bread and butter pickle. Sounds interesting but they are oh so good. No other cheese matches well with that recipe than the extra sharp cheddar. Yummy!

Cracker Barrel cheddars are the best cheddars in the US. It is no wonder that they have won awards. As a cheddar connoisseur, I can tell you that Cracker Barrel cheddars are complex and full of flavor, creamy and tangy, rich and satisfying!
My favorite is Vermont Sharp White. It is sharp, slightly nutty, with a buttery flavor that is absolute perfection on any cracker. It is wonderful in macaroni and cheese or served with apple pie. Let me also tout the flavor that Vermont Sharp White lends to a cheeseburger! Absolute heaven!

I use Vermont White Cheddar to make the Cheddar Pecan Rounds that I give to friends and family each Christmas. They’re just Cheddar, flour, pecans, and a pinch of cayenne, but so good!

The medium yellow cheddar is my favorite. That is what I grew up with and just stuck with it!
Ooooh white cheddar with Tuscan seasonings….I am imagining wonderful pesto/cheese/proscuito/sun dried tomatoes plate served with bruschetta and pita chips. Hmmm maybe dirty martini’s with blue cheese stuffed olives??? Served next to a roaring fire. Sounds like heaven!

I love the sharp cheddar cheese which i use in my cheese fondue with chilies and stewed tomatoes which is a hit every time. serve with french bread squares or veggies or just about anything. LOVE IT

We are cheese lovers ,I would have to say the cheese I use the most is old cheddar.we have many favorites.When my kids were living home almost daily they would melt old cheddar in a non stick frypan and slide it on a plate and eat it just like that .Thanks Cracker Barrel.

We have not found a flavor we didnt like. My kids favorite is the Vermont White. They eat it all by itself.
The extra sharp cheddar served with wheat crackers is always a big hit when I have people over. All of my family love it too!
All Cracker Barrel cheeses are wonderful! I love to give the variety packs as gifts but ALWAYS have some sharp chedder to munch on!

My favorite flavor is the Extra Sharp Cheese. I will be serving Extra Sharp (White and Yellow) Cracker Barrel with some Pepperoni slices, onion crackers and sliced apples. My friends love this appetizer with wine or their favorite mixed drink. When I’m not hosting a party, I love serving this mix of cheese as some eat only yellow and others eat both. Thank you Cracker Barrel for making the best cheese ever!

I love the cracker barrel sharp cheddar. The red and black package reminds me of my moms mac n cheese. I like it plain right out the fridge. It has such a rich taste.
