Wild Alaskan salmon!
I agree Sarah! The wild caught salmon can be more expensive, but the flavor makes it worth the price.
I just love Snapper but rarely get to have it!
I love tuna fish! Yum!
Joanne, if you love snapper you have to try this recipe with mango pico de gallo…so fresh and perfect for summer!
Layla – you totally have to try the grilled ahi recipe here. It is from The Deen Brothers and is absolutely outstanding!
Definitely a cedar plank wild Alaskan salmon!
Right on MJ! It’s all about the cedar plank. P.S. Just checked out your blog…love it!
It’s hard to choose between the four since I like each of them depending on the method of preparation I intend to use. Hard pressed I’d say sea bass because it is somewhat forgivable to cooking foibles.
Good point, Jennifer! The Chilean sea bass recipe here is so moist and buttery.
Love the salmon!
I LOVE salmon, tuna & snapper! But my fav would be salmon.
salmon!
Walleye is the best fish. By far.
Salmon with A-1 and if u didn’t know u would think u were eat’in the tenderest, melt in ur mouth steak, that there ever was, and so much healthier too!
Sea Bass….especially when we catch it ourselves. YUmmmOOO! I can’t stomach salmon
Halibut would have been my number 1 pick for sure
