It’s official, Summer is here!

This week we will enjoy the longest day of the year and all those hours of sunshine deserve some fresh and fabulous meals. This week we also celebrate another milestone – the end of the Semi-Annual Recipe Contest! That’s right, this week is the 23rd and final week of the weekly recipe contest. It all began way back in January and now is your last chance to qualify for the big $5000 prize.

The theme this week is “Easy Summer Meals.” In other words, if you make it fresh, fun and summery, anything goes! From pasta salad to burgers and fajitas to fish. If it is a recipe you will crave this Summer, we want to see it! Submit your favorite dishes by midnight on Saturday for your shot at the final $250 weekly prize and the last chance to qualify for the $5000 Grand Prize!
